I never thought retirement would be in my lifetime.❌❌

Working 50+ hour weeks felt like the norm.

For years I have traded TIME for MONEY and it hasn’t been a fair trade!

For over 20 years, I poured my heart into agriculture education—mentoring youth and working with animals. I loved it, but love didn’t pay the bills or give me time with my own family and animals. 🐴🐕

Most of those jobs offered little to no retirement benefits, and even the ones that did barely made a dent in securing my future.

Becoming an equine therapist seemed like a step toward freedom. I would be the boss---right??? But I still had to travel and be gone long days building a massive clientele just to make ends meet.

And as much as I loved helping animals, the financial pressure and being gone from my animals was still there.

Then in 2021, I made a huge sacrifice. My husband was working in the oilfields, gone for weeks at a time, driving hazardous materials. It was physically and mentally destroying him. 🏗

To get him out of the truck and secure health benefits, I took a night shift manufacturing job. It was completely against my values—I had spent years teaching environmental education and now I was making disposable products. 😢🤦‍♀️

BUT I NEEDED THE BENEFITS❗️❗️❗️

Night shifts let me take care of both the grandkids and elderly relatives during the day, but burning the candle at all six ends left me exhausted.

Day shifts weren’t any better—50+ hour weeks, no flexibility, and a toxic work environment. The politics and poor management were suffocating.

My health was starting to decline, and I knew I couldn’t keep going like this.🆘🆘

I WANTED OUT!

Then, I saw the Facebook post.

A fellow equine professional shared an online opportunity that had given her financial and time freedom.

THAT GOT MY ATTENTION!📣📣

I booked a call. I watched a video. I did my homework. I chose in.

IT CHANGED MY LIFE.

Now, I work just 2 hours a day. I own my time and my calendar. I make more in those few hours than I ever did working full-time.

For the first time in my life, I have both time freedom and financial freedom. 💰🕰
